Moving back to Toronto, Katelyn joined Pearle Hospitality, moving through various roles including overseeing a bustling 200 seat fine dining restaurant, planning and managing events, and opening two new locations. After joining the Fundy Restaurant and Suites in Nova Scotia, Katelyn took on a variety of roles in this small, distinctive boutique hotel, while developing and implementing training plans and standardized procedures.
Returning to Ontario, Katelyn rejoined Pearle Hospitality, where she orchestrated the enhancement of their wine program across all five locations, and took on responsibility for planning and executing special events. Her journey then led her to iTrain International, where she distinguished herself by conceptualizing and delivering standard and customized Hospitality training programs on a large scale.
