They seek a Store Manager who can oversee all aspects of store operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You will lead by example, motivating and developing a team of dedicated staff to deliver outstanding service and achieve sales targets. Salary is $60,000-70,000 range

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the store, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise store staff to ensure excellence in customer service and product knowledge.
  • Drive sales performance through effective merchandising, promotional activities, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans accordingly.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive store environment that reflects the brand's image and values.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards at all times.
  • Foster a positive work culture that promotes teamwork, communication, and employee development.


  • Previous experience in retail management, preferably in a general merchandise or similar environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and basic financial principles.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
