Description

  • Responsible for all day to day operations
  • Supervise cooks in the preparation, cooking and presentation of food
  • A promoter of teamwork inter-departmentally to ensure on-going positive relations within the kitchen and other departments
  • Accountable for the safety of all staff and work areas, continually keeping safety top of mind
  • Check orders received for quantity and quality of product
  • Check the quality of raw and cooked food products
  • Assist with staff development and training

Requirements

  • 3 years’ experience in a similar role and sized operation
  • Must be an effective leader, manager, trainer, administrator, team builder/player and communicator
  • Proven success in the ability to implement and maintain standards
  • Creative and innovative personality
