Description

  • Lead, inspire, and manage a close-knit team, ensuring seamless daily operations.
  • Maintain high standards of service, emphasizing guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to deliver a menu that reflects the region's flavors and spirit.
  • Manage scheduling, training, and performance of the restaurant staff.
  • Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost management for the restaurant.
  • Promote and enhance the restaurant’s wine program, sharing your passion and knowledge with both the team and guests.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably within a resort or similar environment.
  • A hands-on approach to leadership with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Strong organizational and operational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to foster memorable guest experiences.
  • A genuine passion for food and wine, with knowledge of wine pairing and service considered an asset.
