Description

  • Leadership & Management: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the hotel staff, ensuring a cohesive and motivated team.
  • Operations Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Financial Performance: Develop and manage budgets, financial plans, and forecasts. Monitor and control expenses while maximizing revenue opportunities.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service and addressing guest feedback promptly and effectively.
  • Staff Development: Recruit, train, and develop staff members, fostering a positive work environment and promoting career growth.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
  • Marketing & Sales: Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy, enhance the hotel's reputation, and drive revenue growth.
  • Community Engagement: Represent the hotel in the local community, building relationships with key stakeholders and participating in relevant events and organizations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial performance.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and other relevant technologies.
