Description

  • Baking: Lead the production of a wide range of baked goods, ensuring consistency, taste, and presentation meet our high standards.
  • Recipe Development: Collaborate with the team to create new and innovative recipes, adapting to customer preferences and seasonal ingredients.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of bakers, ensuring they are trained, motivated, and working efficiently.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain stock to prevent shortages or wastage.
  • Quality Control: Oversee quality control processes to ensure that all products meet our quality and taste standards.
  • Sanitation: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Customer Engagement: Interact with customers, take custom orders, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Cost Management: Work within budget constraints, minimizing costs while maintaining quality.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Baker, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
  • Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to develop new recipes.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
