We are seeking an experienced and passionate Food and Beverage Manager to oversee all aspects of our dining and bar services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-quality food and beverage operations in a resort or similar hospitality setting. This role will focus on delivering an exceptional guest experience, optimizing revenue, and maintaining high operational standards.
Description
- Lead the daily operations of the resort’s food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service
- Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction through the development and implementation of service standards
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to create and refine menus, incorporating local ingredients and culinary trends
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of the food and beverage team
- Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability while maintaining high-quality standards
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and all licensing requirements
- Monitor guest feedback and respond to concerns or complaints promptly
- Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue through promotions, events, and partnerships
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a resort or luxury hotel setting
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff
- Knowledge of food and beverage trends, including local and sustainable sourcing
- Proven financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and controlling costs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of organization and attention to detail
- Certification in food safety and responsible alcohol service is required
- A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
