They seek a District Manager, responsible for overseeing the operations of 8-10 quick service restaurants within the Ottawa area. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining high standards of customer service across all locations. This role requires strong leadership skills, business acumen, and a passion for delivering outstanding results. $70-75,000+ bonus and car allowance.

  • Manage and lead a team of store managers, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
  • Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and operational standards to maintain consistency and excellence across all locations.
  • Monitor financial performance, analyze sales data, and develop strategies to drive revenue growth and increase profitability.
  • Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Foster a positive work environment by coaching, mentoring, and motivating team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including marketing, human resources, and supply chain, to execute promotional campaigns, recruit top talent, and ensure adequate inventory levels.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and licensing requirements.


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in multi-unit management within the quick service restaurant industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, driving operational excellence, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and influence a diverse team of individuals.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with restaurant management software is an asset.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel between locations.
