Description

  • Develop and execute operational strategies to enhance store performance and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with store managers to ensure alignment with company policies and operational procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
  • Lead training and development initiatives to enhance staff performance and engagement.
  • Ensure stores maintain high standards of visual merchandising and inventory management.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture that emphasizes exceptional service and product knowledge.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance of store operations.
  • Coordinate with the buying and marketing teams to ensure optimal product assortments and promotional execution.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to drive innovation within store operations.

Requirements

  • 10+ years working in progressively senior roles within mid-sized retail organizations.
  • Must have apparel experience at the multi-unit level – Senior DMs and Regionals are welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs and loss prevention (LP).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in an organized and timely fashion, with a proven track record of delivering on projects and process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • A creative problem solver, proactive, and able to use initiative to develop solutions.
  • Demonstrated team-building skills, including experience in goal setting, motivating, leading, evaluating, and developing a high-performance team.
