Description

  1. Sales Strategy Development:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the hotel's revenue goals.
    • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  2. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and other key stakeholders.
    • Conduct regular sales calls, site inspections, and presentations to promote the hotel's services and facilities.
  3. Revenue Generation:
    • Maximize revenue by securing new group and individual bookings for rooms, meeting spaces, and other hotel services.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  4. Marketing and Promotion:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
    • Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  5. Team Leadership:
    • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
    • Provide training, support, and performance feedback to team members to enhance their sales skills and productivity.
  6. Reporting and Analysis:
    • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review.
    • Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to ensure goal attainment.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of successful sales management in the hospitality industry, preferably in a full-service hotel setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field ideal.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.
