With an extensive menu of appetizers, entrees, drinks and specials, plus a large selections of screens for watching sports, guests feel right at home when visiting one of their restaurants. Currently seeking a creative and proficient Corporate Chef to manage to overall culinary direction of their food service operations. The Corporate chef is savvy with the current food trends, has a passion for working hands-on, as well as managing the overall menu development for all locations, will also assist with people resources, cost controls, QA, H&S and catering operations.

  • Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
  • Modify/create menus that meet quality standards
  • Estimate food requirements and food/labor costs
  • Arrange for equipment purchase and repairs
  • Manage large culinary teams in multiple locations
  • Rectify arising problems or complaints
  • Perform administrative duties
  • Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach
  • Manage all phases of food preparation, menu planning and development, operational planning and expenditures, budgeting, costing and maintaining proper inventory levels (FIFO)
  • Promote sustainable operations and initiatives


  • Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
  • Capable of delegating multiple tasks
  • Communication and leadership skills
  • Keep up with cooking trends and best practices
  • Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, POS)
  • Experience in working in a high-volume facility
  • Passion for people and great client relationship skills
  • Able to effectively juggle multiple projects/tasks from client, corporate, staff, etc
  • Strong business acumen and financial management experience, including ability to control costs (food and labor)
  • Strong motivator, mentor and leader
