Summary
JRoss has a construction project management opportunity with a progressive Construction Management firm who assists Fortune 500 Companies in meeting their development goals. In this role, you will oversee project execution from inception to closure while managing the project benefits on behalf of the organization. You will ensure that the project's objectives are met and actively manage stakeholders. You will lead the planning process, working with internal and external partners, contractors, consultants, and suppliers to develop requirements, budgets, schedule, and organize the project from planning to successful delivery.
Description
- Coordinate and manage contractors, vendors and consultants to ensure quality control and that projects are delivered on time and within budget while meeting or exceeding the client’s expectations.
- Foster positive and effective business relationships at multiple levels and project phases.
- Ongoing project status updates with customers.
- Provide and maintain reports, documentation and collaboration with internal functions.
- Manage project budget and accounting processes including accuracy, documentation approvals, reporting and tracking.
- Perform other duties as required.
Requirements
- Must possess applied principles in construction, architecture, land development and engineering.
- Must have experience in commercial/retail construction and development.
- Excellent administrative and job costing skills.
- Computer proficiency with MS Office and MS Project, Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to manage people, multiple priorities and business relationships.
- Strong verbal, written, computer and technical communication skills.
- Travel Required.
