Description

  • Strategic Planning and Growth: Develop and implement strategies to grow sales revenue and market share across multiple hotel properties.
  • Leadership: Lead and inspire teams across various hotel locations to achieve high standards of service and operational excellence.
  • Continuous Improvement: Enhance processes through effective people and cost management, ensuring efficiency and quality in hotel operations.
  • Customer Focus: Promote a culture that prioritizes guest satisfaction and fosters strong business relationships.
  • Adaptability: Embrace and drive change as the business evolves, ensuring the hotels remain competitive and innovative.
  • Hotel Duties:
    • Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure seamless and efficient service.
    • Manage budgets, financial plans, and control expenditures.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and other statutory requirements.
    • Monitor and improve guest feedback scores and address any issues promptly.
    • Coordinate and manage renovation projects and property improvements.
    • Implement and maintain brand standards across all properties.
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain guests.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a full-service hotel property with a strong F&B program.
  • Mindset: Possess a growth mindset with a focus on continual development of the team, the business, and personal growth.
  • Leadership: Demonstrate humble leadership qualities that encourage staff to meet departmental goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
