Description

Responsibilities:

  • Create happy and memorable customer experience
  • Strive for and maintain individual and team targets
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Cultivate customer relationships
  • Participate in and complete all training and development
  • Adhere to all non-negotiable standards
  • Participate in and maintain store cleanliness standards
  • Maintain a high standard of safety and security
  • Setup and execute store sales and promotions
  • Stock and inventory control
  • Merchandising
  • Recruiting and hiring for store location
  • Onboarding and development of all Brand Ambassadors
  • Coach on objective behaviors to achieve results
  • Scheduling and store operations are completed daily

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in a customer focused role is required
  • 3+ years in a management or supervisory role is required
  • Jewelry experience is an asset
  • Leads by example
  • Enthusiastic attitude in person and over the telephone
  • Able to adapt to immediate or unforeseen challenges
  • Strong work ethic
  • Natural ability to develop relationships
  • Has a high standard of personal accountability
