- Responsible for all aspects for private events. Booking, contracting, coordination of event details.
- Meeting with potential clients to plan events and consult on specific requirements.
- Coordinate staffing needs, and needs from various suppliers.
- Be present at required events as a primary contact for the client, as well as lead-up meetings and post-event meetings.
- Coordinate estimates, final invoices and payments with clients.
- Delivery of catering for clients.
- Travel to trade-shows and industry events.
- A minimum of 2 years ’experience in an events role
- Experience in event selling and planning
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Experience in a high volume office
- Passionate about people and creating exceptional customer experiences
