Help create a positive work environment through teamwork and cooperation with all colleagues. Actively participate in weekly revenue management meetings and lead annual budget preparation. Manage and grow the top 10 Regional Accounts while searching for new partnerships. Help guide Sales Team in negotiating rates and contracts within established parameters and processes. Utilize relevant Sales System to track, solicit, book and follow-up on accounts. Manage the sales activity tracking system “Salesforce” and assure all Sales Team members are properly training and utilizing the system accurately on a regular basis.
Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports as required. Participate in industry trade shows on local, regional and national level. Organize Site and Familiarization Tours as required.
Combination of college education and industry/sales experience.
Skilled in managing staff to include; delegating responsibility, training, coaching, evaluation, motivation and feedback.
