Consistently delivering exceptional results, balancing flexibility and organization along with results and relationships – those are Grace’s career trademarks. From her start in retail through her experience in events and then retirement living, Grace has always worked within service industries while providing top level service herself.

Grace started her career in her teens as a sales associate at a high end, trendy boutique. She advanced rapidly, working with multiple retailers including the prestigious Holt Renfrew organization. In her last retail role she was Co-Manager for a multi-million dollar men’s clothing store for several years. Returning to school, Grace received diplomas in Business Administration and Marketing and then leveraged that schooling in administrative roles in marketing and retail/wholesale. From there, Grace moved on to become Conference & Events Coordinator for Dolce International, where her love for planning and creativity came to the fore.

Looking to make a difference in the lives of seniors, Grace entered the sector as a Marketing Coordinator for Amica Mature Lifestyles and found her long term passion. Moving into a full time role as Marketing Manager and then Community Relations Manager, she successfully opened two new communities while consistently exceeding pre-occupancy targets.

Moving to Revera to assist a region of 12 seniors living communities, Grace set record occupancy rates for her largest community, while developing and implementing marketing plans that delivered significant occupancy increases for other communities within a matter of weeks. Moving to A Place for Mom as Partner Services Manager, Grace was responsible for developing, nurturing and servicing a network of quality seniors living partners.

Grace joined JRoss Hospitality Recruiters in 2018 and continues to deliver exceptional results from our Toronto office.
